Computer Diagnostic Services

We offer two levels of diagnostic services to our customers. Our technicians have years of experience diagnosing and repairing desktops and laptops and we pride ourselves in getting the job done right the first time. Our diagnostics services help us to achieve this.

Free Basic Diagnostics

With our free basic diagnostic service, we will go over your computer issues with you to attempt to access your computer problems. Most times a basic diagnostic will be enough to determine your computer issues. If a basic diagnostic is not enough to determine your computer problems, we will recommend our advanced diagnostic service.

Free basic diagnostic services are performed in our shop only.

Advanced Diagnostics

Sometimes there are more complicated issues with your computer that require spending more time looking into software issues, in-depth testing of components, or disassembly of your computer. These types of issues require more time to determine issues and provide an accurate solution.

Advanced Desktop Diagnostics: $30

Advanced Laptop Diagnostics: $45

All diagnostics fees are applied to the cost of repairing your device.

On-site Diagnostics
